Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Herbalist in Ardsley, NY

Every healer’s path begins with a moment that reframes what health truly means. For this Board-Certified Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Herbalist, that moment came early—and it never let go.

Her first exposure to Eastern Medicine wasn’t academic; it was personal. As a child, she watched her mother repeatedly regain balance and vitality through holistic care when conventional options fell short. Years later, standing at a crossroads between medical school and acupuncture school, the decision crystallized. While her father endured radiation and chemotherapy for cancer, she witnessed acupuncture dramatically ease his pain and relentless nausea. That experience rewired her understanding of healing—from managing symptoms to restoring the body’s innate intelligence. The mission was set.

She formalized that calling with a B.S. and M.S. in Human Biology from SUNY Oneonta, followed by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New York College of Health Professions. An internship in China deepened her clinical rigor and immersed her in the classical roots of Traditional Chinese Medicine, sharpening both her diagnostic precision and therapeutic range.

Seventeen years into practice, she has evolved into a trusted clinician known for clarity, depth, and results. She treats adults and children across a broad clinical spectrum, including pain management, autoimmune conditions, infertility, postpartum and lactation support, insomnia, allergies, asthma, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, stress and anxiety, and cosmetic facial rejuvenation. Her work integrates strategy and sensitivity—meeting patients where they are and guiding them forward with intention.

Off the treatment table, she leads a full life in Connecticut with her husband, three sons, and a lively household that includes a dog and a cat. She values time outdoors, meaningful travel, cooking, gardening, and bringing people together. Fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish, she connects across cultures with ease.

Her journey mirrors that of her patients: a decisive shift from struggle to alignment, from uncertainty to momentum. And she brings that hard-won perspective into every treatment—helping others reclaim balance, resilience, and forward motion in their own lives.
